Spending Time with God

Have you spent time with God and had sense of overwhelming peace? That happened to me the other day. I got off work around 10:30 pm and Instead of going home I went to the park and had a long talk with God. when you talk to God its not a like when you talk to your best friend, but its a more deeper conversation. Have you guys had long talks with God?
